4. កម្មសិទ្ធិ

1. Membership

Each account is for one person and works on one device at a time.
Sharing, selling or transferring an account or password is not allowed.
BLACKCAT may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

2. The service

Data and analysis are provided "as is" and may be delayed, wrong or incomplete. Some third-party data can be delayed by several minutes.
The service may be interrupted while markets are closed, during server maintenance or by internet problems.
BUY / SELL tags, scores and Insight are automatic calculations, not recommendations to buy or sell.

3. Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions. BLACKCAT is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or its data.

4. Ownership

Copying, redistributing, reselling screenshots or automatically scraping data from the terminal without permission is not allowed.

5. Changes

We may change these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
